PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Sales and Product development: Sold finished product, or accommodated Custom made product
to multiple vendors in the Lighting and Hospitality industry. Organized, maintained, and grew a
client base in a self employed capacity. Developed contacts in the industry of various lighting parts
and materials which enabled me to offer and supply the client with a variety of options.
On custom made orders I worked closely with the manufacturer. Supervised and kept a timeline of
the production process in order to deliver a timely and quality product to the vendor. Calculated
customer pricing and gave quotations. Have experience in preliminary design drawings, developing
samples and prototypes. Can read blue print drawings and understand their specifications. Able to
price negotiate and problem solve when needed.
Customer Service: Cultivated strong trust relationships with vendor and manufacturers to ensure
excellent product production, delivery, and satisfaction to the customer. Detail oriented in customer
order taking. Enjoy customer relations and people interaction. Always up to a challenge to find an
alternative option to a customer’s needs. Take pride in contributing to a resolution for customer
