Employment History
10/2012 – 12/2012, Engineering Lab Tech, Hewlett-Packard
Providing dedicated hardware/software support (benchmarks) for both local and remote
users/engineers. Support included swapping processors, memory DIMM modules, large form to
small form factor drives, setting up RAID arrays, and monitoring network/iLO status on various
models and divisions of Proliant servers. Also, assisted in the organization and upkeep of lab.
05/2008 – 06/2012, Rack Build and AIC Test, Hewlett-Packard
Proficient in the building of standard solution and customized racks. Assisted in rack
teardown/cancellation process. Moved to technician position with AIC Complex Integration team
on cluster orders, including providing hardware support.
09/2003 3/2010, Store Management, Gatti’s Pizza
Started out in delivery, developed trust to assist in management of store. Responsibilities included
inventory stock control (includes expenses and stock maintenance), closing store (includes
making deposit). I also made sure the POS systems at each store (3 locations) were up-to-date
and running error-free.
