As the Executive Support Sector Lead I was responsible for

managing the overall Executive Support service delivery for

Northrop Grumman/Ingalls Shipbuilding. Responsible for insuring

CPARs come back Green/Blue each quarter for my sector. Insured

Desktop refresh lead and desktop technician

Started as desktop technician and was quickly asked to take the

lead for the refresh program as a contractor to Northrop Grumman

Ship systems.

Provided desktop support to the entire shipyard through a

nationwide ticketing system.

Identified as primary technician for supporting all conference
