Executive IT Support Sector Lead and team member
As the Executive Support Sector Lead I was responsible for
managing the overall Executive Support service delivery for
Northrop Grumman/Ingalls Shipbuilding. Responsible for insuring
that service delivery is personalized, expedited and that all
Executive expectations are met in such a manner that overall
CPARs come back Green/Blue each quarter for my sector. Insured
proactive installation and maintenance of Altiris, and antivirus
clients, packages, and data collections as needed to insure the
health and security of systems and network. Proactively monitor
and maintain efficiency of customer computers as visits for
service are made. Provide suggestions for team process
improvements that could result in improved customer service.
Provide educational assistance to Executive customers as visits
are made so they may become self-sufficient on basic computing

Support over 44 identified Platinum and Gold customers with 24/7
support at 3 different locations, Pascagoula,MS, Avondale, LA,
and Washington, DC as well as while on travel both domestic and
international.
DOA and stand in for corporate team manager and his manager on

Support all conference room and VTC setups for all Executive
level meetings to include VIP dignitaries that visit.

lead for the refresh program as a contractor to Northrop Grumman
Ship systems.
