Shift Supervisor for Process, Utilities and Oil Movements in Shell Tabangao

Refinery Complex (Philippines), with over 29 year's extensive experience in

the field of Oil and Gas Industry.

Startup team member for the first and only Refrigerated LPG Terminal in

Shell Philippines. Work experience ranged from Pre-commissioning,

Commissioning, Start-up and Operation of the LPG Terminal using Ammonia

Refrigeration Unit (ARU) to cool down Propane and Butane stored in double-

integrity tanks. Hands-on experience in the operation of Boil-off

compressors to maintain pressure and temperature of C3 and C4. Other works

include receiving and loading of refrigerated LPG, operation of storage

tanks and knowledge in ESD system. Skilled Control Room Panel Operator

using the DCS Yokogawa Centum XL control system for the processes described

above.

Wide-range experience in the operation of other Process units such as CDU,

TGU, HDS, HTU, Platformer Unit, ADIP, SRU and other downstream units. With

hands-on experience in high toxicity gas environment such as H2S gas from

HTU and HDS. With thorough knowledge in HSSE, Safety Clearance Certificate

. Experienced pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operation

of the first and only refrigerated LPG Terminal in Shell Philippines.

. Operates Ammonia Refrigeration Unit (ARU) to maintain C3 and C4

storage tanks within normal operating pressure and temperature.

. Operates Boil-off compressors, submersible pumps, loading pumps and

other equipment required for safe and optimal operation of the

terminal.

. Worked as Control Room Panel Operator using DCS Centum XL for the

Process control system.

. Knowledgeable in the operation of ESD system, F &G system, Flare

system and other safeguarding systems.

. Operates various processes such as the CDU, HDS, HTU, TGU RDU,

Platformer, ADIP Treater, SRU, Hot Oil area and its auxiliaries. Also

include the Utilities section covering Water Treatment, Gas Turbine

Power and Steam Generator.

. As field operator, operates, commission and monitor equipment in
