I’m always in-charge of all the work related to the preparation and

arrangement all work shop to be done following master schedule and detail

schedule of the all products include:

- Based on the technical specification and requirements from derivative contract

specification from the ship owner and content related to the contract, I set up a

detailed plan for the purchase of materials, design, selection of qualified

contractors meet the requirements of Class’s rules.

- Prepare relating drawings, materials, tools, equipment and working order to all

workshop following the scheduling and Class’s requirements.

- I also combine with safety dept to find good solution during working time make

sure safety before worker go to the fabrication.

- All the problems from designer, supplier I has been discussing with all parties for

finding good solution.

- Management, regulatory division of work instructions and strong requirement for

all staff in the my department make the master plan and detail schedules to

fabrication according to all stage:

+ Steel cutting.

+ Assembling steel panels.
