Project - 1 - Intuit Customer Central (Feb, 2010 to Present)

Client - Intuit

Customer Central provides a Data Acquisition Engine that allows End Users

to easily view all of their financial data in one place. It is Data

Acquisition Engine used by many business units including Mint, Quicken Mac,

Quicken Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Personal/Stand Alone Financial Works

(IFID), Single Destination Page (IFID), Bill Pay, Quicken Health and Intuit

Money Manager. Project Beacon is the code name for Customer Central new

architecture project. Intuit is redesigning the core engine and most of

surrounding components as part of this effort. This new platform for

Customer Central is supposed to provide a high scalable architecture. This

project includes Java, Dozer, Hibernate, EJB 3.0, Hudson CI Server and Web

Services as its development technologies

Roles and Responsibilities

o Executed the manual test cases using SOAPUI for testing Web

Services.

o Involved in various stages of testing part in the Project

Beacon.

o Created test cases based on the design document or requirements

document.

o Reviewed the test cases written by team members for peer review.

o Taken sessions on Test Link tool to the team on its usage and

functionality.

o Executed the manual test cases. And involved in finding the

defects in the System and has experience in using Defect

Tracking System.

Project - 2 - Customer Central BILLPAY (Aug, 2009 to Feb, 2010)

Client - Intuit

The Customer Central BILLPAY (CCBILLPAY) API was envisaged to provide

uniform BILLPAY interface through Intuit Offerings like Single Destination

Page (SDP), iPhone and FINANCEWORKS (FW), for Intuit customers to make

payments to their payees registered with various back end BILLPAY

providers. BILLPAY API accesses the back end BILLPAY providers, obtains

user account and payee data and makes it available on its products (SDP,

iPhone & FW) for the user. Mock Service is the Web Service that is used

when the Real Third Party Service is down and also, for covering the entire

Scenario's in CCBILLPAY development process. In additional to Mock Service,

Mock GUI Simulator Tool is creating for customizing the Mock Responses.

Roles and Responsibilities

o Analysis of Business Requirements of Mock Server and Mock GUI

Simulator Tool.

o Created the Low Level and High Level Design Documents for Mock

Server and Mock GUI Simulator Tool.

o Involved in coding and database design in Hibernate 3.3.1 and

Struts 1.2.

o Unit Testing the Developed Modules.

o Created various tools like CCBP Database Change Tool, Response

Comparator, and Encryption Decryption Tool.

o Executed the manual test cases for the CCBILLPAY application.

Project - 3 - Customer Central Script Operations - (Oct, 2007 to Aug, 2009)

Client - Intuit

Customer Central Script operations is the Enhancement and Support of Intuit

Projects such as Quicken Online, Quick Books Online Edition, Quicken

Desktop, Mint, IMM - Intuit Money Manager India. The IFS focuses on

aggregating the account's information from various bank sites and

incorporating them into end product such as Quicken Online, QBOEE, etc.,

also, provides the various money management tips to users like Budget

Creation, Alerts, Income Analysis and Reminders. Widely used by range of

customers during Tax season this provides the complete data of their

transactions to the end user. The Scripting used is CCSCRAPE, a Client

proprietary language.

Roles and Responsibilities

o Involved in ongoing activities such as Script Fixes, Script

Enhancements and New Script Development Activities

o Analyzed and worked with various macros and java files used in

the Script.

candidates who are enquiring and registering for SAP Course Registration

System. The enquiry details are received from Mail, Direct and Indirect

Methods. The Registration details are provided by the SAP Course

Organizers. The Organizers uses a search and report generation pages for

collecting consolidate information about the candidates. The Enquiry module

has two screens for Direct Enquiry, Indirect Enquiry and Mail module that

reads the enquiry details from the Mail Box. The search and report module

gives the search and generate reports in Excel sheet as well as On Screen

report. The Mail module is created using Java Mail API. The Enquiry and

Search screens are done using JSP, Servlets, and Core Java, HTML

technologies. The Report module is done using Apache POI API.
