Chief responsibilities in narcotics and fraud investigations which included special detail with the
Federal Bureau of Investigations Major Narcotics Enforcement Team. These investigations
included tracking major drug shipments from Mexico to the east coast of the United States
including Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia areas. Highly detailed reports were
submitted to the United States Attorney’s Office for proper disposition. Additional
responsibilities comprised of the investigation of criminal complaints and major crimes which
included sexual assaults, robberies, attempted homicides, drug investigations, felony theft and
fraud cases for the Hyattsville City Police Department.
