to scan cardholder documentation for Fifth Third Bank Agent program
conversions. Captiva integration was used to scan and minimally index
cardholder documentation that is related to clients. Images and meta-data
from the scanned documents were stored in Documentum with further
connectivity to the CMC ACTS system. The integration between the systems
incorporates security, attributes, workflows and search capabilities.
Responsibilities:
. Reviewed existing imaging processes and Documentum configuration to
determine if they need more generic or broadly-capable object type for
this and other types of document imaging processes or use existing
document types.
