(CPP) at the West Natuna Sea and Chevron Project Platong Gas II Thailand (

CPP ) Republic of Indonesia

Assigned pre- commissioning and commissioning the Different facilities such as

sub- cellar deck, cellar deck, intermediate deck and main deck, performed

cold loop check, hot loop check, function test of field process instrument &

package Instruments, check the indication and correct sequence based on

control narrative with cause and effect activities, check the cable screen

from field process instrument to marshalling panel (BPCS) Basic Process

Control System, (UCP) Unit Control Panel, (SIS) Safety Instrument System and

verified the wiring are correct .

Assigned and performed the direct interface and assistance to vendor such as

the following, Solar Turbine A/B/C, LP Gas Compressor A/B/C, Fuel Gas

Compressor, Gas Lift Compressor Performed Point to Point continuity check, Hot

loop check and function test, check and verify open circuit/ fault indication

are correct. Functional test of different types of controller, check the

transmitter range and controller action both in manual mode and normal mode.

Check for air and power fail position of valves.

Check correct position of Limit switches, functional test (ESDV) Emergency

Shutdown Valve (BDV) blow down valve functionality of online test hand switch

and local hand switch reset.

Check the positioner air pressure are correctly, verify the valve roking

smoothly and continuously, check the correct functioning and time delay

setting, verify the correct indication on(UCP) Unit Control Panel with (HMI)

Human Machine Interface Graphics, final simulation of field process instrument

and functional test including calibration defense on the calibration sheet and

range.

Hot loop check of all vibration (Vently Navada 3500) check the correct gap

voltage adjustment at vently navada rack, check the correct position and

channel.

Hot loop check fire gas loop such as point gas detector by simulation of

methane gas 20% LEL for high alarm and 60% for LEL for high high alarm

including flame detector and heat detector

Performed and hot loop check with function test related to water mist with

fire system cabinet, check the correct function test of proximity switch water

mist isolation valve for enclosure indication and water mist isolation valve

for drain indication and verify the indication for PLC vendor.

Performed (HVAC) activities with calibration of (PSH) Pressure Switch High /

(PSL) Pressure Switch Low and set the correct normal operation and verify the

PLC vendor trouble shooting for malfunction field process instrument.

Assists to ( MCCS) Mechanical Completion and Control System for preparation

the test pack schedule related for leak test to be pressurized and

depressurized purging by Nitrogen gas, check the following valve, and

position of the valve.

Fill- up (ITR) Inspection test Record correctly and properly to be signed

by technician/ supervisor and client for acceptance

Equipment used and encounter HART 375 field communicator, DRUCK TRX 11 use for

RTD/ TE wire, HIOKI Digital meter/ Fluke process meter, high and low pressure

Author of the Operation Test Procedure (OTP) for the: WHP Automation Systems

(PCS,F&G and PSD/ESD), WHP C/D North Belut Control System and the WHP Flare

Ignition System which will served as guidance and basis for commissioning the

system.

Commissioned the HVAC and the Fire and Gas detection system of the Living

Quarters (LQ) and the Air Compression system during the onshore commissioning.

Currently completed the commissioning of all field instrumentation of the

entire plant, including the Process Control System, Fire and Gas System and

the Process and Emergency Shutdown System.

Assist the operations team to commissioned the plants: utilty and process
