Building Operations Engineer at the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC).

In addition, I have worked as a finish carpenter for more than 18 years.

Professional Experience

ABM Engineering Services 2011 - Present

Operate, maintain and repair High Pressure Boilers, all Heating,

Ventilation and Air Conditioning/Refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. Maintain

and operate air-handling units, and return fan units. Service and repair

compressors, water pumps, DA tanks, motors, and bearings. Replace valves,

gauges, fan belts, actuators, and power supply units. Also, perform

electrical and plumbing work.

City of Los Angeles - LA Convention Center 2010 - 2011

Operate and maintain all central plant machinery related to High Pressure

Boilers, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning/Refrigeration (HVAC /R)

systems. Maintain and operate air-handling units, including all related

components. Responsible for the water treatment of boiler and cooler

towers. Service and repair cooling towers, air handling units and return

fans. Service refrigeration units, compressors, water pumps, DA tanks,

motors, and bearings. Replace valves, gauges, fan belts, actuators, PXP's

and power supply units. Clean boiler and chiller tubes. Recover

refrigerants. Maintain daily boiler/chiller logs.

Fabricated and installed cabinets, beds, and dressers. Installed base and

crown molding, windows, and doors. Remodeled kitchens and bathrooms.
