TASKS:
. Carry out all planning, scheduling and execution of all mechanical
maintenance activities on production assets
. Generate daily Planned maintenance from SAP.
. Ensure that inventories of spares parts, maintenance supplies, Lube
Oils, Consumable and Special Replacement parts are maintained
/available in Stock for continuous operation.

. Carry Out Vibration Analysis on Rotation Equipments with a Hand held
VIB Scanner.

accordance with recommended standards

for changes in product or test method
. Routine Inspections, readings, tests and monitoring of machinery and
equipment under operational conditions as per PM procedures and fill

. Carry out general and routine/ planned PM on equipment (Turbines,
compressors, HVAC, Engines, pumps, valves etc) on the FPSO .
. Ensures all work performed are in compliance with safety rules and
standards, permit to work systems and coordination of jobs with other
activities.
. Leads and supervises mechanical technicians to perform preventive
maintenance, trouble shooting, inspections, repairs and overhauls
of all offshore running equipments.
. Assists the Maintenance Supervisor in scheduling, planning of
daily maintenance activities, inspections, major repairs.
. Reviews daily operation / machinery data and identify actions for
safe operation.
. Understand the working principles of main mechanical equipment:
filters, gear boxes, exchangers, air coolers, diesel engine, gas
turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating pumps or compressors
. Understand preventive, corrective maintenance and maintenance plan
concepts. Be able on a given and simple preventive work order to
prepare tools, identify spare parts and adapted procedure or work
instruction.

and start up to ensure equipment is brought back to operational
