Veg Biryani

Ingredients: (rice,mix veg - carrot,beans,capsicum,beet,cabbage)

Boiled all vegetables rice also.

Then take boiled rice n mix all boiled vegetables.

Add little salt,chilly,lemon.

Decorate with coriander.

Grate little skimmed paneer on it..

(don't add any spices,condiments.)

Khichdi

Ingredients: (chanadal,rice)

Take chanadal n rice with water and add sail,haldi,coriander,cut dry garlic

in it.

Let it stimmed.within 6-7min khichdi will be prepared.

Same way you can prepare mix dal khichdi,mix veg khichdi,green mung

khichdi,sprouted khichdi also.

Dal

Take boiled turdal.

Stire it properly.

Add salt,lemon/turmerind,haldi,coriander powder,sugerfree tablet.

Then add coriander.dal will b ready.

Beans subji

Take beans in cooker.

Add salt,haldi,dry garlic,little chilly.

Let it cooked for 10 min subji will be ready.

Same way you can make dudhi subji.just add coriander extra in it.

Cabbage subji

Take cabbage with water in pan.

Add salt,haldi,and capsicum also can add.

Mix it properly.

Decorate with coriander.

Cover it for 8-9min n subji will be ready.

Same way flower subji,tindli,parwal subji can b made.

Channa subji

Ingredients - (boiled channa,tomato gravy,garlic paste.)

Take pan and add tomato gravy n garlic paste.

Add salt,haldi,coriander powder,chilly.

Let it for 2-3min.

Then add boiled channa in it mix it properly.

Let it for 5min n subji will be ready.

Mung subji

Ingredients - (boiled mung)

Take boiled mung and add lemon,salt,little chilly,coriander.

Subji will be ready.

Same way you can make any pulse subji.

You can also make potato onion gravy subji and add soyabean wadi in it.

Veg. Soup (Carrot, beans, Cabbage, Cauli Flower)

Take boiled veg.

Add it in boiling water.

Add salt, very little black paper, corn flower

Paneer Butter Masala

Take tomato gravy add garlic paste in it. Let it for 2 min.

Add salt, little chilly, coriander powder. Add small small skinned paneer

cubs.

Decorate with coriander, green garlic.
