Provided leadership, strategic direction, and vision for the development
and achievement of the organization in partnership with the council's
Board of Directors. As the chief spokesperson, increased public support
and awareness which improved financial security of organization. Engaged
community leaders and members through partnerships and leadership roles
within the council's jurisdiction.
Major Accomplishments:
. Coached management team through Willie Pietersen's Strategic Learning
process, which increased customer service ratings by nearly 50% in one
year.
. Significantly increased contributions - event net revenue increased by
200%, annual fund increased by 18%, planned giving increased by 80%,
program revenue increased by 101%, and cookie sales increased by 16% -
in a three year period.

. Launched effective media campaign and events to support Council's

Directed a 19-member Council charged with developing and implementing a
statewide media campaign to reduce teen births ("Sex lasts a moment.
Being a parent lasts your whole life Managed, trained, and motivated
staff, contract employees, and volunteers to deliver direct services such
as building coalitions, hosting youth program events and collaborative
activities. Developed strategic plans, wrote and submitted grant
applications, and advanced funding opportunities for statewide
sustainability.
Major Accomplishments:
. Gained program exposure by leveraging network and presenting at
statewide annual conferences and trainings to educate leaders and form
coalitions stressing healthy teen choices which resulted in a 4%
decrease in teen pregnancies during tenure. Conferences included:
Superintendent and Administrator Annual Conference, School Nurses
Organization of Idaho, Idaho Counselor's Association, Association of
Idaho Cities Mayoral Conference, Department of Education - Prevention
Conference, Sherriff's Association of Idaho, Health and Welfare's
