simultaneously, to support the Dell Project, having sales impact of 75
Million dollars year to year
. Planned, Scheduled, and launched New Product Introduction that
supports 4G LTE to the market place while providing day-to-day
direction of upcoming milestones and coordinating contingency plans to
mitigate risk

Ericsson's BTS/RBS through the Expander Business, reaching the next

footprint and thus decreases site count by 30%.
. Implemented CDMA training for RF, Packet Data Modeling, Core Network

America through RFP's and deployments. Hands on manager to include

. Designed and deployed the Mexico project(Pegaso). Managed over 20 RF
Engineers for the Network Rollout and Optimization of the project,
consisting of 600+ Sites.

. Designed RF Hardware for the Mini-BTS(RBS 1102) and led a team of five
Engineers, (Electrical, Mechanical, and Test) for Production of PCS
Base Station(Sprint PCS Roll out).
. Designed baseband and RF chain of Qualcomm's Wireless Local Loop (WLL)
phone, in the bands of 800MHz and 1.8GHz
. Designed the Up and Down Converter for the PCS Base Station that all
field trials throughout the world were used on(macro, micro, and pico
cell) to evangelize CDMA technology
. Project Engineer for PacTel TTL PCS and Cox Enterprises to field
trials over Qualcomm's PCS test bed system. Which consisted of
