EXPERIENCE

February 2011 September 2012 Sr. Asset Manager, REO / Valuations Manager 3Point Asset Management

REO Portfolio Management and Valuations Management. Due to early stages of company development when employment

was initiated, acted as Executive Assistant to the CEO and SVP as well as Valuations Manager for the client’s pre bidding

process as loan pools were acquired and boarded for the entire default portfolio. Then proceeded to develop company policies

and manage the assets that moved to an REO stage for marketing, liquidation and rental strategies.

Valuations Manager

• Responsible for the development/implementation of vendor oversight infrastructure and strategies for the purpose of

managing multiple vendor and client relationships.

• Developed, implemented and effectively maintained company approved policies, procedures, business logic and back

office operation.

• Performed comprehensive valuation quality control reviews with a final reconciliation analysis provided. Monitored

and ensured that the valuation policies and procedures were in compliance with client regulations and requirements.

• Provided reconciliation of values for the purpose of review to approve or deny short sale listings and offers for the

Loss Mitigation and Portfolio Management Team.

• Processed multiple bulk valuation orders for the client to review to determine direction during the loan pool bidding

process as it relates to validating current asset market value.

Sr. Asset Manager, REO Outsourcer Oversight

• Conducted vendor oversight and management of the overall disposition of the REO Asset Portfolio, maintained

vendor oversight relations, ensured client timelines were met, made necessary efforts to maximize return and

minimize any potential losses.

• Developed initial policies and procedures for internal and outsourcer use as it related to the REO process.

• Produced the company Statement of Work for all REO Outsourcers, multiple templates for creating the client

preferred marketing plans, reductions and offer write ups for final approval submission. Reviewed and corrected

Master Service Contracts for final management approval to complete the approval process to use a prospective

vendor.

• Responsible for oversight and management of all title review and curative, validation of deeds and all other closing

related documents in order to complete liquidation in a timely manner.

• Monitored outsourcer management of "cradle to grave" liquidation, vetting of marketing strategies, evaluation of

capital expenditures, ensuring "out of the box" strategies are being performed during all stages of REO, managed

exception reporting, acted as a mentor for outsourcers and team associates to include completion of special projects.

• Identified alternative marketing strategies such as auction and rental strategies when appropriate.

• Developed the initial rental analysis and repair analysis template calculations for REO in order to further validate

and justify suggested marketing strategies.

• Worked closely with system development in effort to implement the most effective performance both internally and
