EXPERIENCE

REO Portfolio Management and Valuations Management. Due to early stages of company development when employment
was initiated, acted as Executive Assistant to the CEO and SVP as well as Valuations Manager for the client’s pre bidding
process as loan pools were acquired and boarded for the entire default portfolio. Then proceeded to develop company policies
and manage the assets that moved to an REO stage for marketing, liquidation and rental strategies.
Valuations Manager
• Responsible for the development/implementation of vendor oversight infrastructure and strategies for the purpose of
managing multiple vendor and client relationships.
• Developed, implemented and effectively maintained company approved policies, procedures, business logic and back

• Conducted vendor oversight and management of the overall disposition of the REO Asset Portfolio, maintained
vendor oversight relations, ensured client timelines were met, made necessary efforts to maximize return and
minimize any potential losses.
