Bridge expansion joint and Headers. Took measurement of the

total areas and prepare pay quantities on all four Bridges

for payment for the contractor.

08/08 Senior Inspector

. PADOT Milling and Paving of SR 76 East and West, From City

Line Av. to Valley Forge.

. Duties involved Milling and Paving of Bituminous Pavement

surface, sealing of Asphalt joint, and cracks, sawing and

sealing of bituminous overlays, patching the joints,

placement of different pavement markings.

. Cracks, sawing and sealing of Bituminous overlays, patching

the joints, flushing of Highway Inlets, and placement of 3"

bituminous overlay over the Bridge deck and installation of

guard rails.

. Inspected these operations on this project Highway and

Bridges.

blasting and raise bore drilling.

. Inspect the tunnel un-reinforced concrete lining pour and

connecting tunnel and chambers invert reinforced concrete

pour.

. Inspect panning installation on tunnel walls and laying of 3D

perforated PVC pipes in tunnel invert.

. Inspect setting of steel conc. Forms in tunnel, checking the

clearance and alignment of the forms.

. Witness oiling of the forms and installation of slick line

mechanical and plumbing connections are in place before the

pour.

. Checking the pour lining after form removal for voids or

honeycomb and make sure its spray cured.
