Chief Financial Officer (Aug 2009-Current) Roswell, GA.) Joined the 3 year old company that was
in financial distress as a consultant/CFO and helped improve the balance sheet and net income to
profitability after prior job had a 50% reduction in revenue and mass layoffs during the downturn in
early 2009. Developed the strategies and implemented them in a hands-on role. Company is a
leader of automated installation of green/recycled solutions for erosion control, agricultural bedding
and landscape needs in the southeast. Company tripled in size from 2009 to 2012.
Accomplishments included:
- Implemented cost reductions and process improvements in sales and operations
- Led the effort to obtain a significant SBA loan to recapitalize the company and fund
growth

integrity and also run their Olympic project in preparation for Beijing and for the subsidiary Post
No Bills based in SC.
- Improved strained relationships with Bank and Investors by increasing communications,
reformatting financial presentations/monthly results while providing more timely and
restoring integrity to the data

Chief Financial Officer & COO (Roswell, GA.) Invested and then was recruited into this wireless
startup focused on the growing Mobile Marketing industry. Hands-on role performing the
accounting, financial and operational roles to take the company from concept to production.

Chief Financial Officer (Clifton,N.J.) IGT purchased Powerhouse Technologies and promoted me
from ops VP to CFO of the subsidiary AWI– Responsible for IT services, Finance, Human
Resources, Accounting, game design/marketing, media buying, application development to
worldwide lottery jurisdictions. Led the financial growth of AWI by implementing the following:
- financial controls and discipline, reversing $6M loss to $11M profit
- improved gross margins via productivity improvements and enhanced processes
- implemented stricter evaluation of new business pursuits, (international)
- Implemented cash flow mentality to the company and rationalized SG&A costs
- Hired and trained entire staff (HQ moved to NJ from GA)
- Annual revenues of $142M and annual cash flow improvement of $25M, EBITDA of
$36M

Powerhouse Technologies Inc. 1997 to
1999
Vice President Operations (Atlanta, GA) – Recruited away from EDS by client at end of contract.
Responsible for the domestic operations of AWI which accounted for 85% of the company’s
revenues. This included managing eight account executives and the long term lottery customers
whereby AWI provided data center, network management, hotline, field repair for 20,000 lottery
terminals and game/marketing services.
Electronic Data Systems (EDS) 1984 - 1997
National Operations Manager (1994 – 1997 Atlanta, GA) - Responsible for the IT operations of 7
lottery accounts. This included ensuring that EDS met all contractual commitments to the end
customers in this high volume, highly secure, mission critical environment. Revenues of $70M, 10
direct reports, staff of 450.
Area Operations Manager – (1992-1994, Boca Raton, FL) Communications - Responsible for
multiple data centers throughout the US supporting 35 service bureau and facilities management
customers in the long distance and operator services businesses.
Costing Support Manager and Corp Controller (1986-1992, Dallas, TX) Business Development -
Responsible for a team of 17 financial analysts who modeled and created proposals for outsourcing
opportunities and mergers/acquisitions.
Customer Engineer (1984-1986, Morristown, NJ) AT&T Account - Liaison between AT&T users
and EDS technical SW development teams.
