WORK EXPERIENCE [pic]
Sep 12 - Present Dietician and Nutrition Educator
Self-Employed, Tehran (Iran)
"Improving public health and education" has always been an
important and initial factor for me. That was the reason
that I started my own company with the goal of losing
weight by improving life style and eating habits, educating
individuals and empowering them to find their inner
strength to embrace and be embraced by others for lifetime.
I offer a unique and one in a kind package, which includes
individual and group meetings. Educating the patients about
healthy life style, food choices and practical ways to
reach their healthy weight, while prescribing individual
diets on weekly basis, focus group discussions to talk
about milestones gained and to be gained, challenges and
solutions are of the main activities. Changing the unreal
self-images and increasing self-satisfaction are also aimed
at in the meetings.
As a complementary part of the program, individuals are
provided a gym pass with personal trainer twice a week in a
nearby gym.
The package takes 3 months initially with eventual
follow-ups, if needed, and monthly meetings with the group.
