NETWORK DESIGN AND PLANNING:

Ensured that all designs are consistent with the State of Delaware policies and procedures.

Provided IT Strategy and planning for all network services including, but not limited to IT infrastructure,

operating systems, storage systems and services, directory services, security, network and systems management,

project management, application security, virus protection and mitigation, and performance and security

auditing. Thoroughly analyze the business requirements and Provided a technical solution that will meet or

Coordinate design efforts and recommendations with the Department of Technology and Information and

NETWORK PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS:

Provided end to end analysis of network performance. Analysis will be sufficient to accommodate

proactive maintenance and operational strategy for network hardware and software. Diagnose and isolate

LAN/WAN Network and resolve interoperability or performance issues. Provided necessary monitoring tools

for prompt isolation of network faults or response-time problems.

NETWORK APPLICATION SUPPORT:

Provided technician and equipment to diagnose problems with communications and network response-time

of the State’s data centers. Hosting services included both managed services and facility only services in

accordance with the DTI policies and standards. B. Optional Service: Provided cloud hosting services for

approved State systems that was not hosted on the State network, or within one of the State’s data centers.

Hosting services shall include Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) and

Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) in accordance with the DTI policies and standards.

3.2 million contract with The City of Philadelphia

The City of Philadelphia is undergoing extensive systems renovation and new SharePoint applications

development for its public facing web portals for Philadelphia visitors, citizens and businesses (e.g.,

www.phila.gov/business), and for its internal systems to promote more effective City operations. Toward this

end, the City of Philadelphia Division of Technology (DOT) had issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek

qualified vendors to provide the technology resources – qualified persons with subject matter skills as described

in the RFP (“Resources”) to supplement and support DOT’s internal resources for website, portal and web

services, infrastructure support, systems architecture and design, software development, and related

technologies. I was the chief client interface and proposal architect and was the principal in the negotiations for

this prestigious win.

2 million contract with ADP Corporation Roseland, NJ

Negotiated a Professional Services Agreement (including the Exhibits hereto and as it and they may be

amended, updated or revised from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof, the “Agreement”), is

entered into by and between the provider of temporary staffing solutions signatory hereto (hereafter referred to

as “Provider”) and ADP, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, hereafter

referred to as “ADP”). Peopleclick, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Peopleclick”), operates an internet-based

software application to help its customers manage the staffing process for contingent employees (the

“Peopleclick Application”);

ADP has contracted with Peopleclick for its temporary staffing needs and will use the Peopleclick Application

to, among other things, submit temporary staffing order requests, process timesheets and expenses, process

invoices and payments, complete performance evaluations, and track the completion of pre-placement

requirements mandated by ADP from time to time; and ADP requires Provider to use the Peopleclick

Application in connection with its provision of services to ADP hereunder and Provider agrees to use such

application

2.5 million Contract with Bank of America New York, NY

Conversion and migration of applications in the Equities and securities Division with a product focused

organization, system and databases, interacting with a common customer base, in an increasingly intense

competitive environment. Business objectives were complex and included: Development and deployment of

an enterprise wide e-business solution in less than one year. Provisions for a wide range of transaction based

customer-facing processes including registration, profiling, and sale of products and services

Solution & Results: Custom application development of a group of common core services transacted over the

web and integrated through middle ware to legacy systems, transforming product focused operations into

customer focused operations. Delivery: 12 months

1.2 million Contract with Merrill Lynch Corporation

A business to business to consumer Internet trading solution, moving immediately to an integrated e-

marketplace business model. Business Objectives: Develop a comprehensive business and technical strategy

and implementation plan Design, architect, and implement a highly available, scalable, and reliable production

web environment. Solution & Results: Success metrics surpassed within six weeks of implementation.

Enterprise application architecture successfully designed and implemented to support future growth of

solution. Production platform in place with less than .01% downtime. Delivery: 6 months

RECENT PROJECTS

Client: A large Financial Institution

Project Duration: October 18th 2012-December 14th 2012

Project Scope: Decommissioning of desktops and servers which included taking down all the old equipment

and “rack and stack” of new servers in each of the 150 branches across the United States. My Role:

successfully provided up to 10 professionals per evening which included Team Leads and Technical Specialists

that were requested between October 18th 2012 & December 14th 2012 to perform this rollout.

Client: A Large Retail Chain

Project Duration: March 2012 through October 2012

Project Scope: Deploying new electronic scales including setting up wireless access points throughout the

stores. My Role: successfully performed site surveys and installation of equipment at each store location. My

consultants worked in teams of two to perform the installations. We provided over 220 technicians over the

course of the project.

Client: A large Financial Institution

Project Duration: May 5th 2012-September 22nd 2012

Project Scope: Deployment of workstations and upgrade to Windows 7 at approximately 50 sites located in

across the United States. This project took place every Friday night between May 5th 2012 & September 22nd

2012. My Role: successfully provided up to 50 professionals including Team Leads and Technical Specialists

on each of the Friday nights between May 5th 2012 & September 22nd 2012 to complete this rollout.

Client: A large Financial Institution

Project Duration: May 15th 2012-July 19th 2012

Project Scope: My client was awarded a project to deploy new X41 Lenova hardware to 750 facilities

throughout the United States. This included branches and training rooms. My Role: successfully provided as

many as 100 technicians working Sunday-Thursday at all points of the day from May 15th 2012-July 19th 2012.

The locations were across the United States.

Client: A large Insurance Company

Project Duration: May 24th 2012-July 5th 2012

Project Scope: Deploy new hardware to branches across the United States. My Role: successfully provided

Break-Fix technicians to deploy 1,700 new PCs to 32 branches across the United States.

Client: A large Financial Institution

Project Duration: June 25th 2012-August 10th 2012

Project Scope: Between June 25, 2012 and August 10, 2012, performed site surveys of approximately 2,600

branch locations throughout the United States to prepare for a deployment of large Network Integration

Project. My Role: successfully provided 85 professionals which were all at the desktop support level to

perform site surveys in 23 states across the United States. The technicians successfully completed the surveys in

2,600 locations in a 7 week timeframe.

Client: A Retail Company

Project Duration: May 23rd 2012- July 19th 2012

Project Scope: Installation of new Cisco Routers and wireless equipment at over 100 DSW retail stores across

the United States. My Role: Successfully provided both CCNA Team Leads and Technical Specialists to

perform to the installations on various evenings Monday-Thursday between May 23rd and July 19th 2012.

Client: A large Financial Institution

Project Scope: Deployment of workstations and upgrade to Windows 7 at approximately 50 sites located in

New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. This also included converting all systems to Windows 7. This project

took place on 6 different Friday nights between March 17th 2012 & July 7th 2012. My Role: Successfully

provided up to 50 professionals including Team Leads and Technical Specialists on 6 different Friday nights

between March 17th 2012 & July 7th 2012 to perform this rollout. Also provided Technicians and Project

Coordinators to help successfully complete this project.

Client: A large Financial Institution

Project Scope: Perform service calls, installations and de-installations of PC and related equipment at any of

the corporate-owned companies throughout the United States on a long term basis. My Role: Successfully

provides technicians on a weekly basis (Saturday-Friday) to perform these service calls, installations and de-

installations. The amount of people out in the field ranges from 1-50 on each day.
