JPMorgan Chase - Sep 15, 2008 till present:

Currently working as MIS Analyst in Static Data utility which is a part of

Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB - Comprises of Treasury & Security

Services [TSS], World-wide Security Services [WSS] & Investment Banking

[IB])

Also worked in Trade Logistics, Trade Billing, FI Rebates & CIF maintenance

functions

Role:

Trade Logistics:

V Migrated 2 functions from US to India. i.e. JCI and J&J

V Preparing duty free certificates (NAFTA - North America Free Trade

Agreement) for JCI.

V Preparing vendor reports for J&J

Trade Billing:

V Preparing Bills for various customers for various products on

monthly basis.

V Processing of payments received from the customers.

V Verification & reconciliation of the bills & payments processed by

others.

FI Rebates:

V Preparing Monthly & Quarterly rebate reports for various Financial

Institutions for all regions i.e. ASIA, EMEA & WHEM.

V Calculating rebates as per the pricing agreement provided by the

Product Manager.

V Preparing Rebates summary reports for all FIs of all regions on

monthly & quarterly basis.

Trade MIS & CIF Maintenance:

V Preparing various trade reports for Internal & External stakeholders

on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.

V Preparing LC Outstanding balance report, Revenue report, Activity

report, Analysis reports for the clients.

V Preparing monthly Volume reports which helps to track the overall

performance of all trade products. It also helps to analyze the

forecasting of future trade business.

V Various sales reports which helps them to analyze the client's

requirements.

V Involved in UAT of the new web based reporting application which

will replace existing applications.

V Creating & maintaining customers' profiles in a core trade

application called as Global Trade System [GTS] used by entire trade

department to process their transactions.

V Checking KYC [Know Your Customers] while setting up and/or updating

customer's profiles as per the compliance standards.

Migration of Functions:

V In 2008, migrated JCI and J&J from US via telephonic training in

Trade Logistics.

V In Feb 2011, went to Hong Kong for the training of one of the

reporting applications for Trade MIS & migrated to Mumbai.

V In Jan 2013, went to Manila, Philippines as an SME of the functions

for migrating entire Trade MIS & FI Rebates functions from Mumbai.

BAU & Non-BAU Projects:

Apart from the above activities also involved in various BAU & Non-BAU

projects:

V Prepared various macros in Excel & MS Access which saves a lot of

time & reduce manual efforts.

V Prepared & maintained access database i.e. Employee Management Tool,

is a centralized automated database which contains all the Personal

details, Training history, System Access levels of all employees in

the department.

V Prepared Volume Tracker which is used to track the volumes of all

functions in a department. It includes daily, weekly, monthly

volumes and Overtime of the team along with the graphs attached to

it which helps the management to forecast volumes and track the

performance of the team.

V Prepared Transport BAD cost Analysis file on TSS level which helps

to track the transport errors made by the employees. Every week

this file gets published to the entire management of TSS and helps

them to rectify the errors in case of any discrepancy which reduces

the extra cost of the transport.

AWARDS AND ACHIVEMENTS

Received a Quality award on TSS level for contributing to BAU along with

the Non BAU projects such as Volume Tracker & Transport Bad Cost analysis

file.
