Electrical Cable and Harness Design Engineer (ProE with Pro-Cabling &

AutoCad 2008)

. Working as a technical lead providing information to refine 350 cables

for TrueBeam Medical Systems.

. Collaborate with customer engineers to ensure wire harness designs are

optimized for cost and manufacturability.

. Interfacing with vendor and run failure analysis for critical cable

issues, such as pushed pin, bad crimped, using improper tooling,

suggesting to improve their manufacturing process by adding in-process

inspection to their manufacturing instructions. This also resulting in

vendor improving internal controls.
