• Inspected printed wiring assemblies and printed circuit boards
• Peformed all inspection operation on electrical / electronic hardware and software
during receiving, fabrication, assembly, modification, repair, installation and test.
• Used and interpret blueprints,specifications, directives, documents, manuals, service
bulletins, Procedures, Processes and Instruction (PPI's) inspection plans and other
similar information pertaining to Quality Control Inspection of Avionics.
• Conducted internal audits to assure compliance with the Quality Management
Systems (QMS) and other procedures such as Self Inspection and Acceptance
(SI&A), Quality Instructions, Sampling Plans and Operating Procedures.
• Provided technical assistance while solving problems and recommend corrective
action to be taken to prevent recurrence of those problems.
• Participated in or conduct First Article Inspections of electrical /electronic equipment
or completeness and conformance with applicable drawings and specifications.
• Coordinated with engineering, production workers and other Quality Personel as
required to complete given tasks.
• Inspected parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Computer literate in basic software packages.
