team members. Successfully reduced the PMO budget by $326K by automating the data
i ntegration between Oracle, Visual Basic, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Led $3M effort to establish Citrix farms to support servers hosted within Capgemini’s
Toronto, Kansas City, and Dallas data centers. The new Cit rix platform allowed for the
m igration of data center and application development support staff to a globally accessible
support network. Acted as a change agent moving Capgemini’s support model from a "client
centric" to a “leveraged” skill set model. Facilitated work of data center managers to create:
G lobalized authorization processes and policies, Incident and service level agreement
monitoring, Security policies, Disaster Recovery, Backups, Storage, Outage alerts, Change
management governance, and Knowledge transfer documentation.
• Established PMO governance for Capgemini’s Toronto’s data center leadership, resulting in a
$40M energy client renewal.
• Standardized project methodology across Capgemini’s Toronto, Kansas City, and Dallas data
centers. This $290K effort successfully met CMMI Level 3 and FDA regulatory standards
w ithin a very aggressive deadline.
