I am 46 years old and have worked in the construction field, residential/commercial for the last 29 years. I am a very hard working, self- motivated, team player. I have a heavy background in residential home construction as well as commercial construction. I believe that with my experience and great attitude, I would be an asset to your team.

Work History

At the age of 18, I worked for Roscoe's Roofing & Siding in upstate New York. I held this job for 3 years. My duties included: installation of all types of roofs,and vinyl siding, residential and commercial. Due to the harsh winters and layoffs, I was forced to seek employment in a warmer and more stable work environment.

When I was 21, I gained employment with Sunrise Construction Company in Charleston, South Carolina. My duties included: framing of residential homes, drywall, ceramic tile,some roofing, base board, crown, fire place mantle molding, metal stud framing, light electrical, plumbing, drywall, hang and finish, pool cages, lanais, and all other enclosures, vinyl siding, soffit and fascia, and painting. I worked here for 3 years.

At the age of 27, I obtained an LLC and became a subcontractor at Southern Siding in Naples, Florida. My duties included: Soffit and Facsial and vinyl siding installations. I also installed aluminum screen rooms and carports. I worked here for 5 years.

When I was 32, I moved back to New York, where I obtained a job with Stylistic Builders. My duties included: commercial metal stud framing, drywall, aluminum,vinyl siding, soffit and fascia, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, some roofing and acoustical ceilings. I was employed with this company for 2 years.

At the age of 34, I worked for Human Realty in upstate New York. My duties as a manager and foreman for this company were to oversee demolition and reconstruction of office spaces to suit perspective renters. Ex: offices for doctors, lawyers and laboratories. My duties included: metal stud framing, drywall, hang and finish, paint, aluminum, screen enclosures, carports, and pool cages, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, flooring, light plumbing, light electrical, metal roofing, and concrete work.

At the age of 36, I obtained my license with the EPA, (Environmental Protection Agency) to perform lead abatement in lower income housing. My duties included: removal of all lead and lead products, including removal of old shingles and replacement. Removal of windows containing lead, lead base paints, also remodeling areas of homes that could not be encapsulated. Most duties included replacement of windows and vinyl siding exterior to encapsulate lead. In some cases, total reconstruction of interior and exterior of homes. This program lasted for 3 years. This was a government-funded program.

At the age of 40, I worked for Classic Colors in Lady Lake, Florida. I did interior and exterior painting in commercial and residential buildings.

At 42, I obtained employment at American Built Structures in Sumterville, Florida. I built 400 sq. ft. R.V. park models from start to finish. I completed all phases. Some of the duties included: framing, installation, roofing, plumbing, flooring, electrical, painting, and ceramic tile. I was laid off due to the fall in our economy.

In 2008, I was employed with K & L Developers in Leesburg, Florida. While I was with them my duties were all phases of construction of custom homes. My duties included: framing, roof trusses, painting, drywall, aluminum screen enclosures, soffit & fascia, vinyl siding and carports. Also concrete, electrical, and plumbing.

In 2009, I was employed with Balance Staffing in Spring Hill, Florida building an Elementary school. My duties included mainly metal studs, drywall hang, tape, level 5 Finish, and all types of texture.

In 2010, I was employed with a company called Ace Renovations, my duties included, plumbing, electrical, flooring, doors, windows, aluminum screen enclosures, crown molding, trim, painting, drywall, texture. I did work in the Orlando and tampa area, renovation all apartments and dormatories in the UCF area.

In Early 2011 I worked for Paramount Hospitality Brokers Inc. This is a well known company out of Tampa and Orlando. With this company I was responsible for all knock down, drywall, hang, finish, texture. paint, and crown molding. I was involved with a project in Orlando, FL remodeling the Hampton Inn & Suites.

Also, in 2011, I performed sub-contrract work as a supervisor for a company named Trinity Contractors out of Brandon, FL. This company remodels nursing homes all over South Florida. I was responsible for all flooring, drywall, and painting.

From July 2011 through January of 2012, I worked as a supervisor for Woods Residential Remodeling. This company did rehabs for foreclosures throughout all of Polk County. My duties included drywall, hang/finish/texture, trim, baseboards, flooring, laminate, vct, light plumbing and electrical, concrete, windows, doors, painting, roofing and aluminum screen enclosures, basically everything.

From February to October I was Foreman of a remodeling company by the name of Coscia Development LLC, which is out of Polk County, FL. I was responsible for overlooking all projects from Roofing, to Aluminum- Siding and Soffit & Fascia to trim, paint, crown molding and baseboards, and also communicate with customers.
