. Developed and implemented Standard Work Repair process across 85

service centers in the CHEP USA domestic market.

. Partnered with Capital Engineering, HR and EHS teams to successfully

transition the Hammond, LA Service Center from 3PL to CHEP managed

facility.

. Fostered integration of CHEP WMS and LMS systems throughout AMP

network to reduce administration costs ten-fold across new AMP

. Maintained CHEP wide real time AMP results reporting via internal LMS

communicating company-wide through Google Platform.

CHEP Operations/Quality Representative

. Managed 4 CHEP pallet Service Centers in Ohio. (Columbus (2),

Hamilton, Lima). The team consisted of 200+ associates, who generated

in excess of $6M in annual revenue.

. Spearheaded Green field startup of facility to produce +ASRS offering

to P&G at projected annual savings of $11M to CHEP. This included the

commission of a prototype production process, as well as the

integration of a 3PL management team to manage the operation.

. Worked onsite with teams at Proctor and Gamble, Kellogg, Dannon, Kraft

and other CPG customers to assure seamless and transparent platform

solutions.

. Optimized several cost out and sustainable initiatives in FY09 and

FY10, resulting in savings in excess of $650K to the business.

BTMC Corporation, Westerville, OH (2004 to 2007)

Production Manager

. Managed production packaging, inventory control, quality assurance and

Next day delivery of necessary SKUs to military depots in US and

consolidation points for international deployment.

. Served dual role as Quality Assurance Manager, achieving ISO9001:2000

Plant Superintendent

. Managed 24/7 operation of copper casting and metal forming facility.

. Served as Program Manager for SPEED Employee Development Program, an

objective wage adjustment and incentive program to integrate employee

Results were a plant wide cost savings of over $1M.

. Led manufacturing efforts toward QS9000 registration as well as serve

as QS9000 Internal Auditor.
