I enjoyed working with Joe in the GMAC integration lab. Joe never missed an opportunity

expand his knowledge and responsibility. We first worked together installing Black Berry

Servers for GMAC. Joe was the go to guy for GMAC s email environment, but where most

people would get comfortable and content he was driven to understand the big picture and

create efficient and clever solutions. Joe s responsibility grew to manage GMAC LAO s

integration lab, software distribution, Active Directory and more than a handful of UNIX

variant application environments. I ll always be amazed with Joe s cross language

communication skills that helped him become an effective technical leader. He appeared to

effortlessly, understand LAO business requirements, create or implement global solutions

to satisfy these requirements and direct a multi-national team to deploy solutions. In
