Personal Project

Started developing for myself in 2001 in the world of .NET. During this time I have purchased and studied many professional programming books and tutorials. I have applied the knowledge I've learned to the projects that I have listed above. The work I am most proud of is iSam which took learning far more than just a programming language. For this project alone I have taught myself all Object Oriented Programming concepts and applied them in many various ways. This project also branched out to teach me web development, web hosting, upgrading applications for 64 bit operating systems, working with customers and customer feedback, pushing updates and dealing with random situations, operating on different versions of Windows, operating under separate permission levels such as Administrator and Non-Administrator, working with mobile devices, working with Microsoft Market Place, working with search engines such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo, marketing with various sites such as Bing, Google, and Facebook, optimizing resources and bandwidth, working with IIS 7.0, firewalls, and security issues, and the most important two things it's taught is to make code that is predictable and dependable based on any situation and to write code and build an interactive interface that is easy to use and understand for nearly all people. With this, I say with confidence, that there is nothing in the world of programming that I cannot accomplish; if I need the answer or understanding of any situation I can find and resolve it, in a timely manner, without assistance. I have also realized what does and does not work and how to optimize resources. I understand the need for documentation, streamlining code, and the need to organize projects. If given the chance I would make any company very proud to have taken me in. I have a passion to program, I am good at it, and I don't believe there is anything program related that I cannot teach myself and accomplish. The projects I have accomplished are not simple applications and should be viewed as a strong testimony that I can and will complete projects, I can and will find the answers I need, and I can and will insure the code is reliable to include a plan of approach for potential fails, future upgrades, and scalability to be already in place during the designing phase.
