Supported approximately 350 users in a call center environment. Provided
Windows NT 4.0 desktop support, NT workstation configuration and
deployment, MS Office 95 and 97, Lotus Notes R5, company specific software
applications. Responsible for all levels of onsite technical support,

evaluations, curriculum and lab development, adapting standard curriculum
to each students knowledge level. Also trained clients in Palm OS, MS
