Tier 2 software support for approximately 8,000 users. Windows 95, 98, NT

Workstation and Windows 2000 for both desktop and laptop users. Imaging,

Remedy tracking software, Lotus Notes R4.6, assisted users both over the

phone and desk side.

Ameritech:

October 1999 - March 2000(OE Chicago)

Supported approximately 350 users in a call center environment. Provided

Windows NT 4.0 desktop support, NT workstation configuration and

deployment, MS Office 95 and 97, Lotus Notes R5, company specific software

applications. Responsible for all levels of onsite technical support,

hardware/software/network troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance, client

customer service and end-user training, hardware/software installation and

configuration. Established Access database with all site machine

Also revised existing procedures and created new format for reporting and

Lead Internet/HTML instructor for United Autoworkers Union. Instructed

union members in how to navigate and use the Internet, also taught how to

build a website using Windows Notepad and FrontPage Express. Duties

included: 100% travel, all course prep, lecturing and labs, class

evaluations, curriculum and lab development, adapting standard curriculum

to each students knowledge level. Also trained clients in Palm OS, MS

Word, and Photoshop. Class sizes range from 1-75 people, depending upon

location.

InfoMagic Business Solutions: April 1996October 1999

Worked in cooperation with a consulting company to configure client

systems on and off site. Configuration included: installing hardware, such

as IBM, Compaq, and Gateway PC s, software, i.e. Windows 95, Windows

NT Workstation, MS Office, various other related software and peripherals,

setting up email accounts, troubleshooting hardware/software, and system

repair as necessary. Additionally, met with clients to determine
