PROFILE
I have been working since I was ten years old. In all my years of employment I’ve been exposed to
different fields of work, types of organizations, and people. I’ve worked hard for everything that I have
achieved and continue to work hard for everything I want to achieve in the future. My biggest strength, I
believe, is the versatility that my work history has given me. I’m a fast learner, I enjoy challenging myself
with new things, new experiences, and new people. Learning new things has always excited me and I go
out of my way to learn all that I can from the experiences that I have. I am very passionate about life and
this always translates into my work. I prefer working with people and in dynamic and changing setting. I
pride myself in being approachable, friendly, and very easy to talk to.
EXPERIENCE
Sales and Marketing Associate, TrainStation, Inc., Quezon City, Philippines 2010-2012
As one of the associates who joined the company after the dissolving of Motivating Minds I was placed in
the brainstorming committee for the creating of TrainStation. Together with the senior and junior partners
we made and executed plans to make our presence in the country be felt - through media, social
networking, and old clients. I also created the templates for our training programs and many of the
materials and activities for them as well.
Once the company had been established, my job was to monitor our online presence, create promotions
and online content for our sites. I was also tasked with creating sales training sessions for our newer
employees. I also offered my help in creating processes and organizing the office’s every day routines.
On the side, I also sold our training programs to companies all over the metro. I managed a couple of
accounts by dealing with the point person and mediating their requests and expectations with those of our
company. I also joined in on the training by assisting our senior trainers in their programs (sales, service,
customer service, marketing, image, etc.) and a couple of time even facilitated training on my own.
I also deepened my knowledge and understanding of Neuro-linguistic programming by attending many of
the trainers’ training sessions and asking our chief trainer for private sessions.
Clients worked with: RC Cola, Shell, Automatic Data Processing Philippines, Globe Telecom, Century,
Deutsche Bank, etc.
Reason for leaving: Migration
Assistant Teacher, My Talent Summer Workshops, San Juan, Philippines 2012
For the summer I was assigned to teach two classes on the basics of musical theatre with another teacher.
One class was for ages 2-6 and the other for ages 9-13. I had to help keep the children focused and
excited while expelling knowledge. I also acted as the head stage manager and tech manager for the final
showcase.
Reason for leaving: End of season
Freelance Entertainer, Philippines 2011-2012
I took on corporate events including work with Trumpets (song and dance numbers), Ayala Land (dance
numbers), and a four day event in the Shangri-La Mall for the launch of Wonka brand candies in the
Philippines (hosting for children).
Contributor, RPA Magazine, Philippines 2011-2012
I was tasked with covering different cultural and theatre events around the metro.
Reason for leaving: I was never compensated properly for my work.
Waitress, Flaming Wings, Quezon City, Philippines 2010-2011
For a short period of time, I worked as a waitress in one of my favorite restaurants off campus. I was tasked
with seating customers, taking their orders, and delivering their food to their table.

Reason for leaving: I was cast in a theatre production and didn’t have time for both work and completing
my studies.
Club Promotor, Republiq, Fiamma, Time, Bond, Makati City, Philippines 2010-2011
My job description was to talk about the clubs online, invite people to go to certain events under my
name, and go to these events. At times I was also asked to stand behind the bar and help with simple bar
orders.
Reason for leaving: Shifted focus to my thesis.
Associate Trainer, Motivating Minds, Makati City, Philippines 2009-2010
I was hired in my second year of college. My main task was to assist in our training programs with our
senior trainers. I was put in programs for sales, service, customer service, marketing, image, leadership,
finance management, etc. The main tool used in our programs was Neuro-linguistic programming. By
assisting so much in this period of time, the technology that we had been teaching transferred onto me
and by the time that Motivating Minds had been dissolved I was picked as one of the associates to help
create the new company.
Clients worked with: Bank of the Philippine Islands, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Jollibee, Colgate-Palmolive,
San Miguel Corporations, Shell, etc.
Reason for leaving: Dissolving of the company
Tutor, Community of Learners, New Manila, Philippines 2008
Right after entering college I received a call from one of my high school teachers asking me if I was
willing to tutor an autistic high school boy (in English, Tagalog, Math, Science, and Social Studies). I took
on the job for a few months, his grades improved dramatically and he eventually got into a culinary
school.
Reason for leaving: The boy had shown signs of improvement and I chose to focus more on school.
Contributor, Philippine Junior Inquirer 2000-2001
In grade school I had submitted some short stories to the national paper. They published a couple and
then asked me to cover different cultural events happening in grade schools around my immediate area.
