in High Bridge UK and similar facilities in Bilbao Spain. Noted as first and to date, only offshore data centers
currently available to CIBER clients.
• Developed $5M data center hosting solution for a pharmaceutical company. Implemented standard operating
procedures for 21 CFR Part-11 compliance, including separate validation environment. Solution leverages Oracle
RAC & Dataguard and includes pairing with Microsoft Clustering and Oracle Clusterware to provide 99.95% uptime.

migration of legacy applications to open systems environment; consolidation and integration of redundant
applications, servers, storage, and network infrastructures; design of disaster recovery program; and complete
integration of data network infrastructure in support of new acquired competitor in Canada. Successfully delivered
more than $5 million dollars in annual savings while minimizing financial exposure.
• Global Pharmaceutical Company
Directed global team of 15 in defining, planning and deploying infrastructure and processes to transition human
resources, procurement, finance and accounting, and application support services to 6 offshore locations. Drove the
build out of global WAN infrastructure with DS3 circuits, 20 mg VPN auto failover and Nortel client VPN tertiary
connectivity; deployment of Citrix and VMware / Virtual Desktop Interface; and design of global IVR and Voice
distribution to 6 delivery centers across 3 continents supporting 12 languages. Developed integration plan for client
planned MPLS deployment to reduce voice transport costs. Delivered all technical services 90 days prior to go-live,
meeting contractual agreements and avoiding up to $10 million in penalties. Solution allowed the successful
outsourcing of all business applications and in scope processes to 6 Accenture managed offshore centers.
