metrics and resource availability, with ten direct supervisors and teams assigned.
Coordinated the scheduling delivery of materials to production in a Just In Time process.
Set up and managed lean cell operations, improved inventory accuracy by performing daily
cycle counts and adjustment of variances in JDE resulting in a 600,000 dollar savings on the
end of quarter physical inventory for Q2 2003, best in the history of Gateway Hampton, VA.
