Proven professional electrical engineer with 20+ years experience in aerospace and navigation.

WORK HIGHLIGHTS:

• * Review, Approve and Coordinate the release of Test Procedures for all test sites within the

Ground –based Missile Defense (GMD) test program (Flight and Ground).

• * Review and assess applicability of the FCS enhanced functional requirements (including the

Soldier as a System (SaaS)-Ground, CRIS, and Dismounted Control Device (DCD) Systems)

• * Design and Test of Ground Based Interceptor (GBI) Development Integration Laboratory

(GDIL) 2 Hardware In The Loop (HWIL) Design Verification Test (DVT) Quick Launch

Procedure.

• * Plan, coordinate and execute the Ground Missile Defense (GMD) Integration, Test and

Evaluation Element tests.

• * Support the preparation and execution of test plans and procedures for the integration operations

of the Ground Base Interceptor.

• * Working knowledge of MIL-STD-1553B, Teltron, CLE and other Launch equipment.

• * Develop maintenance programs requiring maintenance actions to be performed on a scheduled

basis by the airline customers.

• * Provide of technical assistance to airline customers in establishing maintenance programs,

surveying and auditing customers' maintenance programs.

• * Analyze engineering data to develop information needed by the airline customer for product

familiarization, operation, maintenance, servicing, repair, fault isolation, inspection, checkout,

calibration, for all electrical/electronics systems.

• * Prepare, validate, verify and formal presentation of the required engineering data to the

customer airline.

• * Write Automated Test Sequences using System Test Language (similar to Atlas) for the

automatic system verification of the Peacekeeper missile.

• * Prepare specification and design parameters in Test/Verification of MX Peacekeeper missile.
