Hired telemarketers, trained, payroll, used dialers. Averaged

95 appointment per week with 7 to 9 T/Ms, Confirmed all

appointments with follow up one day before appt.

2010 - 2011 A/C company - Tampa/Sarasota FL.

Established Call Center, hired, trained, Set up 13 T/M's to make

appointments for sales Techs. Increased weekly appointments from

6 to 96 per week. Responsible for all business activity pertaining

to department. Use of Automatic dialers, Telstar and Wintac

software.

including the department payroll. Obtained solid appointments for

seven sales agents. My last credited close from the T/M department

was for a single contract over eleven million dollars with 557

employees.

2003 - 2006 Southeastern/Global, Inc. - Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Global Inc,

Designed Call Center from start-up, hired, trained 13 telemarketers

to call upon B2B and make solid appointments for 42 sales agents.

proposals over a three years, increased company sales by 78 %,
