managers, and external partners. Management of Benefits, Payroll, Compliance of

Labor laws, & Safety of facility and maintaining a union free environment.

1999-2003 Walgreens Corporation; Mt. Vernon, IL

Human Resource Supervisor – Distribution center with 1200 full-time employees on 4 shifts.

Responsibilities included recruitment, retention, employee relations, training, policy

administration, discussion and focus groups, benefits, Chairman of Safety Committee. Editor of

company newsletter, legal compliance, Workers Compensation, maintenance of all OSHA

standards.

Employee Relations Supervisor- Technical call center that employed over 1300 employees on

multiple accounts covering 3 shifts. Responsible for the staffing, orientation and training of all

new employees. Responsible for performance management and progressive discipline as well

as the administration of all benefits.

1997-1998 Henry Lee Corporation; Orlando, FL

Human Resource Coordinator- Start up food distribution center with 300 total employees

covering 2 shifts. In addition, responsible for hub facility in Tampa, FL. Major responsibilities
