General Sales Manager

Responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the dealership including parts & service.

Took the dealership from 13th place in sales rankings out of 13 dealers in the zone to as high as

3rd. Went from a 50.5 in CSI to as high as 95.7. Highest in the zone. Responsible for all of the

ordering of new cars, appraising of trade-ins & running the daily operations of the pre-owned

department. Consistently sold 20-25 pre-owned cars with 20 in stock. Consistently hit all of

Nissan’s stair step programs to achieve profibility.

Criswell Honda Germantown, Maryland 12/07 to 08/08

Pre-Owned Manager

Responsible for all of the purchasing of pre-owned vehicles, all of the appraising & wholesaling

as well as working all of the used car deals with a team of 6. Consistently wholesaled between

45-60 cars a month at a profit, & retailed between 60-75 pre-owned cars at a front end profit of

$1800 + per car.
