Patient Education:

This module deals with educating a Practitioner in the

type of cancer patients are suffering from,with the description of the

disease, drug regimens, symptoms and any side effects. The disease

characteristics may be different for different types of cancers.

Practitioners may get information on the various topics listed for

that type of cancer.

Symptom Tracker Module:

To implement Symptom Tracker application, a part of the Caring 4

Cancer application used by P4 LLC to track Symptoms Master entries,

track Symptom Ratings of each patient against each symptom and to

display graphs for each symptom so as to get a pictorial view of the

symptom ratings based on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly etc.

Patient Health Record Module :

This module deals with developing various interfaces for adding,

editing and displaying Contacts, Conditions, Medications, Allergies,

Tests and other General information about the patient.
