. The client had little knowledge of the available chilled water to feed
its' leading edge data centers. As a result I developed a data base
of the capacity and loading of 25 buildings within the government
campus. This greatly improved the speed and accuracy of customers
request to tap into the mechanical infrastructure.
. Provided Facility Planning for my client to manage, plan, justify, and
budget their capital projects looking 5 years out.
. Worked with my client to develop and manage a 100-page set of design
drawings which included remodeling an existing space for new
requirements. This included the management of scope, schedule, and
cost of sub-consultants, as well as internal groups such as
structural, electrical, and CAD.
. Worked with my client to develop and manage a set of design drawings
to remodel a kitchen/cafeteria. I was the team lead coordinating a
kitchen and architectural sub-consultants as well as internal groups,
such as structural, civil, electrical, and CAD.
. Our client had a concern in their medical facility as far as
containing germs and their waste streams and desired to bring the
facility up to industry wide standards. My study provided 3 options
for my client. Upon choosing an option and construction, the medical
center is better able to handle large outbreaks within the government
campus.
. Reviewed shop drawings and submittals during the QA/QC process. This
kept the design process moving forward and minimized the costs and
schedule overruns.
