QUALIFICATIONS

I am currently working remotely for the inpatient implementation for Contra Costa Hospital. I am working a graveyard shift of 14 hours and I am supporting ADT. I receive calls and tickets from the service desk and I work with end users to resolve their issues. It can range from admission errors, discharges, L&D admits for a new born, transferring in between units of the hospital. I am able to log into Epic for support or production and locate issues for each patient. I am able to remote into the end users computer and help them with their charting in the Epic systems and help trouble shoot issues. I use Service Desk to look at tickets and try to resolve them.
