I have 22 years of manufacturing experience ranging from high volume to
custom job shop environments. The companies I have worked for are leaders
in their industries ranging from privately owned to fortune 500. Along the
way I have been very successful in many tasks. The tasks include 3 company
relocations, merging corporate acquisitions, implementing large cost
savings programs including offshore accounts, set-up world class
manufacturing processes, 3 ERP implementations, and team leader in ISO9000.
Many obstacles were over come along the way. All the tasks were
accomplished from hard work, dedication, attention to detail, hands-on, and
an employee mentoring management style without losing site on the goal. I
started out over twenty years ago as a maintenance mechanic and worked my
way to manager then production manager, factory manager, plant manger,
director, and now V.P. All the promotions were from hard work and proven
capabilities. I went back to college along the way and completed my
education. I was able to do that by convincing the owner Herb List Jr. of
List Industries that I could build a second shift team that would out
perform the first shift. I achieved the goal and once I completed my
education Herb List Jr placed me in charge of all production. I know with
my proven record, people skills, experience, out of the box thinking, and
my stability under pressure; I would make a major difference where ever I
go.
