with a dedicated section on the website.

e-CRM- Worked with company helpdesk team to create end to end complaint

resolution module in company intranet. This module facilitates complaint

registration, tracking various stages of resolution, impact on business in

percentage, commercial closure and database creation. Subsequent

improvement made was addition of Enquiry module.

CSI- Creation of Customer Satisfaction Index annually for division's

different customer groups such as distributors, dealers, resellers and end

users. Identifying gaps in customer satisfaction and propose corrective

action plan.
