Inventory Analysis, Purchasing and Warranty.

. Worked with team to build P.O.U. kits for continuous improvement.

. Extensive coordination with TWU Executive Board Members, Shop Stewards,

Docks 2D and 4D - Drop In and MOD Lines

. Multifaceted operations dealing with aircraft damage, hail damage, aft

pressure bulkhead re-inspection, aft spar repairs, and chronic

field/line aircraft.

. Improved to a 120% on time maintenance ETR.

. Currently operating under budgeted headcount.

Docks 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D - MD 80 Pulse Line- Heavy C Check

. Complete and total maintenance overhaul.

. Produced record setting 11-day maintenance ETR. Industry Best.

. Decreased MD80 Heavy C expenses from 650K to 425K.

Product Manager - American Airlines 737 (2004 - 2010)

. Instrumental in moving the 737 fleet from Kansas to Tulsa maintenance

base.

. Managed all maintenance and reliability of the 737 fleet including:

737 Light and Heavy C Checks

. Reduced Span time by one full day on Heavy C's.

. Maintained 95% on time ETR on Light C's.

. Instrumental in the successful movement of the 757 C Checks to Tulsa

from AFW.

. Assisted in the reduction of mechanic's lost time from 4% to 1.19%.

Dock 6A MD80 and F100 Mod Lines

. Helped to establish the MD80 and MD83 Cargo Smoke Detection/Fire

Suppression Mod Line and F100 Floorboard Replacement Mod Line.

. Worked with TWU Executive Board to ensure a smooth and proper

transition from five day to seven day coverage.

. Responsible for training Production Supervisors on the Mod Line.

Dock 3A F100 Heavy C Checks

. Assisted in the startup of American Airlines first F100 Heavy C Check.

. Accomplished Prototype of the F100 Cargo Smoke Detection/Fire

Suppression Mod.
