Leveraged operational skills to strategically align facility, equipment, and personnel
changes to execute the organization’s worldwide mission.
• Managed a $1.5 million budget for the commands project to upgrade a fleet of
over 400 large and medium size trucks.
• Supervised the activation, deactivation, and constriction of 15 units in 10 different
states.
• Synchronized the organization’s plan to change 200 positions based on equipment
and organization changes and facility construction, as a result building projects in
3 states were able to remain on schedule.

and civic organizations for 200 Soldiers returning from deployment.
• Developed an evaluation-reporting program reducing the late evaluation rate from
50% to 0 ensuring all Soldiers received fair ratings.

Directed the emergency medical service for northern Kuwait and southern Iraqi while
supervising 42 Soldiers, managing 20 vehicles, and serving as a member of the town
council.
• Supervised the safe evacuation over 1000 patients in excess of over 350 missions.
• Designed and implemented the medical integration project resulting in a seamless
response plan between the Air Force, Navy, and Kuwait Ministry of Health.
• Planned a fleet maintenance program that resulted in the highest mission capable
rate in the theater of operation.

hospital resulting in the hospital securing improved technology and the generation
