A multi-million dollar division of custom design and manufacturing of Automation Assembly
equipment
Director of Sales and Engineering
Responsible for concept, quoting, engineering, and final sales of custom automation.
Management of 50+ projects for engineering, construction, PPAP approvals, installation,
service, customer training and new product development for sales values of $50,000 to $8.6
million.
Key to the development of a new process to provide a 75% labor reduction in manufacturing
torque converters for a major automotive. Automated the process with unique concept that
won a major supplier of the year award.
Created a process to automate the assembly of a medical device with a 200% increase in
output and a 50% reduction in labor content. Directed the FMEA team to create a system
that successfully produced product on a 24/7 basis for over seven continuous ye ars with a
92% uptime.
Coordinated successful international distribution networks with customized delivered pricing
to all major continents. Created a full representation network in South America, China,
Korea, and Europe including Germany, Sweden, Spain and Italy
Provided cost/pricing analysis, product sales analysis, managed sales person analysis,
including creating route strategy, frequency of call, and follow up status reporting processes.

industry resulting in product acceptance for multiple plants and a 40% increase in sales for

satisfaction.
Successfully mentored and managed a team of salespersons selling over twenty
