Brenda McDaniel was employed by Ledford Medical from November of 2000 until October of 2010. We brought her on to help control our sales rep’s airline ticket cost which was running over a million dollars a year. She cut that in half by implementing sophisticated control measures and management tools and, without hesitation, stepped up to the plate and took over all aspects of our travel and meeting planning. Brenda played a major role in the success of our sales process and customer relations as she became a main personal interface with our customer base of doctors, hospital administrators and CEO’s when coordinating their site visits to major medical facilities across the country.
