• Responsible for entire operation from sales to purchasing. This was a mobile oil change business
servicing the customer at their location.
• Operation consisted of 12 vans with oil change equipment in it. Our main clients were Enterprise
rent a car, Hertz, Fedex, etc.
• Increased sales by 25% by hiring and training a marketing and sales team.
• Dealt with all customer problems as well as developing and maintaining a strong relationship with
new clients.
• Dealt with all insurance claims as well.

Plant Manager
• Responsible for the entire plant operation consisting of 28 injection mold machines and 6 blow
mold machine ranging from 20 to 200 tons, with 180 personnel, operating 3 shifts 7 days a week.
We were a Tier 1 supplier to Chrysler and GM with several custom blow mold jods as well as 3
dedicated lines for 5, 2 and 1gallon pails, one sidel 12 cavity machine dedicated to make alcohol
bottles. Our main products were door claddings, cowl grills, dash boards and gear shift knobs for
the automotive Industry.
• Coordinated with manufacturing accounting, production control, engineering, maintenance and
other departments in the accomplishment of production goals.
• Had 7 direct reports, 4 superintendents, 1 operations manager, 1 human resources manager and
1 payroll officer.
• Authored a company handbook as well as taking the plant through QS 9000.
• Prepared reports and analyses of various cost control, production, labor, quality, staffing, and
other reports.
• Helped to maintain Kaizen, SPC, Lean manufacturing and 5-S.
• Oversaw administrative activities necessary for the effective management of the departments,
including pay administration, budget administration, employee safety, employee counseling and
motivation and termination if needed as well.
• Manufactured automobile parts such as gear shift knobs, door sills, cowl grills etc.
• Majority of contracts were with Ford Motors

Plant Superintendent
• Supervised all plant operations in this state of the art Union plastics manufacturing plant
consisting of 21 totally robotic injection mold lines 74 injection machines in total ranging in size
from 100 - 3000 tons including four 1000 ton Husky rotational mold presses that manufactured tail
light lenses. The other presses were a mixture of injection and blowmold machines Van Dorn,
Ubei’s, and CM’s, Rosheleu, Bekum, Sidel. The blowmold presses made products consisting of
oil containers, peroxide bottles, carnival toys and custom jobs as demand needed.
• Plant operated with 900 personnel on 4 shifts 7 days per week.
• Implementing Six Sigma
• Oversaw all safety aspects, scheduling maintenance, quality control, discipline and termination in
this union environment.
• Helped to maintain Kaizen, SPC and Lean management and 5-S.
• Products are too many to list but included door panels, front bumpers, rear bumpers, cowl grill
production and assembly, claddings, head lamps, tail lamps and turn signals.
• Majority of contracts were with Chrysler.

Blow-mold operator/supervisor
• Working supervisor, overseeing 4 personnel on 1 shift 6 days a week.
• Always kept production in the high 90’s.
• This was a hole through wall( literally on demand ) production environment.
• Products produced were gallon and half gallon milk jugs using Maco 8000 processers on three
Uniloy 350’s and 1 Uniloy eight head half gallon.
• In charge of ordering Resin, Materials, Etc.
• This self-contained clean room also contained three bagging/debagging stations
