manufacturing facilities in three years.

growth related capital projects for ten of thirteen manufacturing
facilities in the USA. Managed a team of twelve engineers, trainers,
and support personnel.

o Responsible for an engineering team that is implementing
large scale automation and robotics systems in manufacturing

. Corporate Production Engineer, Irvine CA
o Designed the power and control systems for a concrete
recycling system installed in Stockton, CA. Project was $1.5
million USD. Highlight of the project included;
. Remote control operation from the mobile equipment used
to load the concrete

. System included metal detectors and large rare earth
magnets to remove metal contamination.
o Designed the power and control systems for all of the raw
material conveying and mixing for a new concrete roof tile
factory in Denver, CO. Supervised the panel builders and
electrical contractors installing the system. Highlights of

. Three main 480VAC power and control panels all built and
listed to UL508A standards
. Five operator control stations with HMI's.
. Ultrasonic level detection in ten different liquid
tanks.
. Automatic liquid color dispersant system that varied
with concrete flow.
. Automatic moisture sensing and correction.
