Hello,

Currently I am working with The Porter Companies and San Francisco Sentry, www.sfsentry.com. Both are wonderful companies to work with and I honor the relationships and experience I have gained. I know that my future is in the Bay Area; Due to presently being on commission only, I am seeking employment at an establishment that is a good match for my skills and has growth opportunities.

The list below is a brief description of some of my skills and current duties:

I excel in client relations and match making the appropriate buyer with the appropriate seller ranging from real estate development to corporations (merger/acquisitions)

Keeping a paper trail of transactions and filing documents.

I type about 75 wpm. I am great at taking notes during meetings and conference calls.

Maintaining direct contact with principals and lenders. Diplomacy and confidentiality are paramount. Most of our projects are from 50 million and above.

I ensure new projects have the preliminary (non-disclosure agreements) NDA’s signed and that we have background information on whom we are interfacing with.

I help qualify projects that are for sale, requesting presentation documents, prospectus, subscription letters, previous experience of company supplying the project and any supporting documents.

I manage a small team and make sure they are on task and efficient. Via instruction from my supervisor or my own discernment, I delineate action items for the team.

I Report to the principle at the end of the day, highlighting the day’s events and what is priority; also, what the following days looks like in terms of meetings and deliverables we are waiting for and/or deliverables we need to supply.

I Document information on excel spreadsheet or another preferred database.

I keep a calendar of meetings; Make follow up calls and check on status of projects.

This concludes the brief description of some of my skills and duties.

I believe my skill set is valuable to any principle or CEO that needs an administrator, account executive, assistant or director of operations.
