Web Content Manager: Manage web content for the Department of Transportation’s Federal Transit Administration’s Hybrid contract's internal website (FTAnet) and public facing website (http://www.fta.dot.gov). Proficient in SharePoint Designer 2007 and OpenText CMS 10.1. Provide training and support to FTA personnel in SharePoint Designer 2007 and OpenText CMS 10.1.

• Maintain web postings as directed by FTA.

• Send out GovDelivery e-mail blast notices as needed.

• Participate in website redesign processes.

• Insure that all web media is 508 compliant.

• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to create graphics and mockups.

Quality Control Specialist: Provide quality control support to the Department of Transportation’s Federal Transit Administration’s Hybrid contract. Responsible for creating Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs), preparing test plans, test cases, and use cases. Perform Quality Control (QC) testing activities for application releases: perform testing, document issues, coordinate correction of issues, and track all issues to closure. Participate in User Acceptance (UA) testing activities with the application end users to ensure all requirements have been met satisfactorily: explain testing process, demonstrate how to perform testing, collect feedback, document issues, coordinate correction of issues, and track all issues to closure. Develop Help Systems, Quick Reference Guides, and other training materials for end users. Provide training to end users.

• Participate in full lifecycle of web application projects while adhering to company and customer policies and procedures.

• Participate in Contingency Plan Testing.

• Coordinate testing activities with the Quality Control Lead: creation of RTMs, test cases, and use cases for all applications to ensure all business process requirements and functionality are appropriately tested; seek to identify and correct any issues as early as possible.

• Perform manual QC Testing for all applications.

• Track all issues found during testing to completion; ensure relevant documentation is updated.

• Facilitate timely correction of all issues and defects with the development team.

• Create UA Test Plan; guide the customer in responsibilities in verifying requirements are met.

• Train customers in UA Testing activities and provide reporting mechanisms; serve as central Point of Contact for all customer questions and concerns during UA Testing.

• Develop training materials and Help systems as needed.

• Design and facilitate application training sessions for the customer as needed.

Configuration Manager: Provide Configuration Management (CM) support to the Department of Transportation’s Federal Transit Administration’s Hybrid contract. Responsible for identifying, controlling, and maintaining the integrity of software deliverables and documentation as they evolve through he software development lifecycle. Responsibilities also include data management, which incorporates the principles, processes, and systems for sharing, and management of data at FTA as it relates to the application releases.

• Participate in the full lifecycle of web application projects while adhering to company and customer policies and procedures.

• Data management of all configuration items, central repository file structure and contents, and non-configuration items.

• Control application versioning, application promotion within change management tools, publishing of application customer deliverables, and publishing of application code, databases, and other components.
