Patient First in Wyomissing, Pa 10/2012 to present Working in an Urgent care setting managing patient
care, customer service and follow up calls.
Chester County Hospital in West Chester, Pa– 3/2005 to present Started in ER worked there from March
2005 to February of 2006, transferred to NICU starting October of 2005 worked both for several months
til a NICU position opened, worked NICU, doing pt. care, deliveries, transport, charge duties, etc.
St Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, Pa 7/2004 to 11/2005 started in ER as a traveler
with RN network for a 13 week assignment July thru October then took a per diem position in the NICU
as well as continuing to work per diem in the ED. Left in 11/2005 related to long commute.
Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV– 10/2002 to 6/2004 Started in Perinatal Float Pool r giving
coverage to NICU, L&D, Antepartum, Nursery, and occasionally postpartum. Transferred to ED in 2/03
worked in 20 bed ER with 8 bed fast track in a university hospital that provided tertiary care for a large
region of the Tri state area as Trauma Center, Hi Risk OB, PICU, and Burn Center. Left in 6/2004 due to
relocation.
United Health Care in Dunbar, WV 3/2002 to 9/2002 Telephone Triage/Health care advice for major insurance
company provided services for UHC, BlueCross/BlueShield, AARP, DOD, and other contracted companies.
Left 10/2002 to return to bedside care.
Riverside General Hospital/ Riverside County Regional Medical Center in Riverside, Ca. 2/1995 to
12/2001 Started as a “new grad” in the float pool after 6 months went into critical care float pool did
ER, NICU, ICU, Neuro ICU, some PICU. Initiated improved admissions system (flex float program),
assisted in 20 mile move of major medical center, transferred to NICU in 6/1998 worked there until 2001
then cross trained to L&D and did perinatal float pool. Left 12/2001 due to relocation.
San Gogornio Hospital in San Gogornio, Ca 6/1996 to 10/1997 worked ER in small 60 bed community
hospital.
