Set up configuration for extended material master (V_130F) and tested the functional aspects of the interface and the extension. Material determination create logic for Substitution of Barcode, UPC, and EAN in sales orders.

•Design and creation of Reclass dialog module. The module will recoup marketing cost and other typically non-recoupable costs to the artists by reclassing a percentage of the postings made against non-recoupable accounts. Reclassing is done thru postings to several reclass accounts. These entries will than be interfaced to the legacy artist ledger, which in turn will decrease the artists earnings. The module is completed with reporting and user authorization to prevent cross business unit postings and reporting.

•Design and creation of Lockbox Interface to upload customer remittance files using flat files, EDI files and spreadsheets in over 15 different formats. After conversion and reason code interpretation these files are prepared to automatically upload up to 45,000 invoices into the Lockbox functionality of SAP using BAI2 format. The EDI part of this interface works fully automatic, and will find the EDI files on the directory, read their names into a internal table and processes the files up until the lockbox is posted. Logging of the procedure is done thru sending outlook email. This interface is done in dialog and equipped with the latest Object Oriented technology. Lockbox postings are directed cross-company to over 60 different company codes using user-exit EXIT_RFEBLB20_002 with a non-standard search to BSID using XREF1 at the line item to assign the company code. (Standard SAP would search for the Document number or the header reference field).

•Prepared and programmed 3 asset conversions as the company merged several international locations into the US system

•Created a program/procedure for the incoming customer check payments from the bank using the Lockbox BAI(1) procedure.

•Handles all Job and FTP processes needed for data transfer from and to the many different legacy systems. Development of FTP Listener and File Demon for event base scheduling.

•Riemer/Carix credit company interfaces, Credit reporting; past due and future due analysis, similar to transaction F.35 but on company code level and with line item display (in ALV).
